Four Heads Are Better Than One

      When it comes to your business, you may be the expert, but you are not always the best person to see where you get stopped by your habits.  Those of us that are committed to pushing the envelope of innovation in our lives and businesses our goals when we have a coach. 

Athletes have had coaches since the beginning of time.  Individuals that are committed to producing amazing results can benefit from this same type of coaching, but in the arena of goal planning and productivity.  A coach will help you exceed your performance expectations in every area of your life.  A great analogy is a fish in the bowl: he’s swimming in water, but can’t distinguish the water from anything else, because it is all he knows.  We are the same way in our lives; we swim around in our own “water” not knowing that there are other ways of living that include “land and air.”  A coach is on the outside of the fishbowl of your life and can clearly see it all.  When a coach adds input, you learn to see your life, specific situations, habits and goals, in a whole new light.  Goal planning, time management and productivity coaching is crucial for any individual or business to succeed.  Coaching makes the extraordinary possible because it takes you out of your “fishbowl” and lets you invent a whole new environment.

For years, coaching has been accessible only to executives and the wealthy.  At a cost of $3,000-10,000 per package, most “regular” people have been unable to take advantage of the opportunities coaching would provide.  Recently, coaching groups, like results.’ synergy groups, have become an opportunity for all people to engage in accountability relationships that help them exceed their personal and professional goals.

Synergy groups are teams of 4-6 people that work together for about an hour weekly to achieve their goals.  The group is facilitated by a coach.  Participants are both coached and held accountable by the facilitator, as well as each other.  Because of the dynamics of the group environment, miracles happen out of the synergy created in the group.
