Have you ever been stuck in one place? Whether it’s a diet, or a goal, you have to keep pushing yourself. These stuck places are inevitable and, yes, they are painful and discouraging. However, you are not meant to reside there and, until you jump the hurdle, you won’t progress.
It’s painful to grow. It’s painful to change. But, it’s most painful to remain where you do not belong.
Change is the only constant in life and you can either grow and change as your life expands or you can fight it and remain stuck and suffering. What I am realizing is that every day you take back, every day you FIGHT BACK, you are taking one small step out of that stuck place… but you HAVE TO BE INTENTIONAL about it.
If you are stuck, CUT IT OUT. Stop allowing yourself to be stopped and find a solution. If the next thing you try doesn’t work, try something else… and keep trying until you are moving again.
