Beth has been a successful productivity coach for businesses and individuals for over 15 years. She holds a BA in Communications from Michigan State University. Prior to starting her own coaching business, she had a record-breaking sales career that spanned radio, corporate sales, network marketing and private education. She has worked in high-profile paid and volunteer positions with state government, churches, unions and school districts. Her true passion is community and helping people find the hero within themselves.
Since 1992, Beth has coached thousands of clients including entrepreneurs, business owners, teachers and CEOs of multi-million dollar corporations. In 1995, she started her own company, The Gilmore Group, which focused on executive coaching and corporate training. In 2008, she was diagnosed with breast cancer and began to re-evaluate her priorities. After an 8-month treatment course and a fresh perspective on her priorities, she reinvented her business as results. in Racine, WI. results. is committed to offering high quality, affordable coaching, workshops and seminars to individuals and small business owners.
Beth is a dynamic speaker, an inspirational motivator and incredibly entertaining. She believes that in order to harness your personal power in life, you must clearly identify your talents and dreams and find a way to contribute them to your community as a whole.
Growing up with a mother who was an enthusiastic and committed teacher, she learned that a great public education is the best foundation to create an extraordinary future. Her father, a high level result-producer in business, taught her that anything is possible: if you can dream it, you can do it.
Beth’s passion for community impact can currently be seen in her volunteer work in Racine Unified School District and PTA, as well as in her membership in Junior League of Racine. She believes that a community’s #1 priority must be its children. She is a wife and mother of 2 wonderful daughters.
Lynne Yura
Productivity Coach & Director – Illinois office
Before joining results., Lynne’s stellar 25-year career in sales and training spanned many industries. Beginning in retail and restaurants, Lynne worked with several national chains leading customer service programs and developing train-the-trainer seminars. She has held paid and volunteer positions in public schools, her local synagogue and a number of community organizations. She is passionate about customer service and knows what it takes to run a profitable business.
Lynne holds a degree from Harper College and is also well-versed in the direct sales industry. She worked up the ladder to leadership and training roles with multiple companies, earning recognition, a number of incentive trips, and even a mini-van. She spent over a decade training teams on district and regional levels.
Lynne’s true passion is coaching. She is a professional team builder who can build connections and help teams produce amazing results. She is committed to helping people excel through transition, particularly divorce, career change and reinventing goals and life purpose.
Disciplined and dedicated, Lynne is also a talented musician. She is an accomplished flutist who can currently be seen playing in the Buffalo Grove Symphonic Band. She is a single parent of 3 amazing children and is currently working with Congregation Beth Am in Buffalo Grove, building a leadership program for their youth group. Lynne feels that it is crucial that teenagers see the best in themselves so that they can make wise and healthy choices through their exciting and challenging high school years.
